At NOIRÉ, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items
Due to hygiene and product integrity reasons, used or opened fragrance items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
